Location was perfect- 1 mall beside, 1 mall across and convenience store across the hotel; the Asoke BTS and MRT stations are a few steps from the hotel entrance. Room was spacious, very clean and has a nice view; bottled water, fruits were replenished at all times; very satisfied with the bathroom amenities. Services (room, housekeeping, front dest, concierge) from arrival, during our stay and on departure date were all exceptional. Personnel and staff were very courteous, helpful and honest. Concierge transacts with taxi driver to make sure you pay the right amount at all times. I would highly recommend the hotel.

Location of the hotel was perfect stayed many times before and it does not disappoint. Staff were amazing. Checked in very early 10.00am normal check in 2pm room was made available. Our flight was early evening and they offered us a late check out at no charge. Perfect 10/10

Transportation to hotel from airport. Welcome from the hotel staff leading me to executive check-in on 24th floor. They were very friendly and welcoming! The daily housekeeping was phenomenal!

The Hotel was great, the staff were lovely and friendly and everywhere was clean and tidy. I would recommend this hotel to everyone, the location is fantastic right next to Terminal 21 shopping mall and the sky train and underground stations. It really is right in the heart of the hustle bustle, but still keeps it's "Class".

Staff were very attentive throughout especially the guys helping us with Taxis. Also the dining room breakfast staff helped us . Also I would like to mention the staff serving in the bar where nightly music is played, they helped me set up the Marriot bonvoy App. I must also praise the cleaners who are very friendly & efficient.

The service standards of the entire team right from when you arrive at the door,to reception,F&B staff, housekeeping, club lounge were the best I’ve seen in all my years of travel.You only had to ask once and the execution was always faultless.I’m going there again in a couple of days and Marriott group should be commended as doubtless the training must have been fantastic. Every staff member made eye contact,smiled,greeted and executed outstandingly.

Hotel is located in downtown, within minute to skytrain ,subway and restaurants , very convenient . Particularly the concierge staff- his passion is running , very helpful , gave us information /guidance on sights around the city , and also talked with us when we returned from the sights , make us feel like coming home . Hotel front desk staff checked us on also very professional and thoughtful . Hotel breakfast was awesome ! We will stay again here next time !
